Under this unique partnership, Sysconfig’s partners will gain access to the light-touch PromptVoice Portal, which is entirely provisioned and managed by the end customer, and offers market leading functionality including personalisation and message scheduling for in-queue and on-hold audio, as well as professional prompt recordings, in 50+ languages.
Delivered at a fraction of the price of other solutions, PromptVoice and Sysconfig are making it simple for end users to enhance customer experience and secure healthy recurring revenues. This innovative service will be pre-integrated with Sysconfig’s existing solutions, making it straight-forward for partners to sell alongside existing propositions.
